Stride Ride is a company based in the United States that is a major retailer in the footwear field. They provide footwear for both adults and children in the athletic and casual departments; they feature many top range brands which make them one of the most popular shoe stores in North America. I say North America because the company also operate in Canada thought licensed distributors. It was nearly 50 years before the Stride Rite name came about for the company; in 1966 the company adopted the name and it hasn’t changed since.
